Just wanted to share somethings that God has been teaching me.

On the way to a friend's place to study for the physics test I have tomorrow, I stopped at a red light. I had the radio on and Chris Tomlin's Holy is the Lord was on. I was singing my heart out when I look over at the truck in the lane next to me. There was a guy in the passenger seat waving frantically at me. Once he got my attention he pointed toward his radio and started singing the same song I was singing! So there we were, two strangers at an intersection singing the same praise song together. It was rather ironic also that a line in the song is "together we sing" It was awesome. I worship with strangers all the time in church, since I've been church hunting for a couple months. I hadn't started today or any other day ever expecting to be worshiping with a stranger at an intersection.  

Next, most any time I get together with a group of gal pals the conversation inevitably turns to our futures and how we intend to finish up our educations and get married. Basically all of my friends are either engaged, on the verge of being engaged, or have been dating someone for forever. They're all starting to try to find ways to get their own and their significant others' lives to fit together. And it is making them stress out a whole lot. Them thinking about that makes me think along the same lines with Greg. So I got thinking about it today and it is so confusing that in the end I just had to throw my hands up, give it God and let Him figure it out. It was either that or go crazy. Or crazier.

To build on that, the past two months have been insane for me and it won't get any better any time soon. In this mess, God has taught me to literally live day by day. I have to do that currently because if I look more than 24 hours in the future, I'm quite sure my brain would implode.

I hope these lessons stick to me. I'm really thick headed when it comes to life lessons.

So there you have it, my short and rather choppy testimony of the last few months.
